Pre-Production Rates
Our rates for pre-production tasks reflect the time and planning that go into your project, even before shooting begins. The amount of time spent in pre-production will depend on the scope and unique needs of your project.
Production Packages
While we’ll always create an estimate that best reflects the specific needs of your project, these production packages can help give you an idea of our pricing for the most common types of shoots. Our goal is to provide as much immediate and long-term value as possible, so we may strongly recommend certain upgrades in order to enhance the quality of your project.

Livestreams
Our base package for video streaming live events.

Post Production Rates
The post-production stage is where the final product really starts to come to life. These rates reflect the billable hours of skilled labor required to assemble, perfect, and provide the highest quality deliverables for your project. Half-Day rates for these services are also available at a discounted price.
Day Rates
A half-day is up to 4 hours of work, and a full-day is up to 10 hours. For shoots, these hours factor in crew travel time, load in & load out of equipment, as well as set up.
Payment Schedules
After you approve the estimate for your project, we will send you a contract to review and sign. At that time we will also send you an initial invoice to cover Pre-Production and Production costs. At the end, once the final deliverable(s) have been submitted, we will send you a final invoice for all Post-Production costs. When necessary, a separate, non-taxable invoice will be sent for expense reimbursement.
Location & Travel Fees
If production requires overnight stays, and/ or traveling out-of-state, those expenses, as well as a $100/day travel stipend for each member of our crew, will be included in the expense reimbursement invoice at the end of the project.
